CONTRACT OF HARDWARE STORE

This contract is made between the Hardware Store Owner (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") and the Purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") for the purchase of hardware products from the Hardware Store.
1、CONTRACTING PARTIES
The contracting parties are the Hardware Store Owner and the Purchaser. The Owner is a legal person who owns and operates a hardware store. The Buyer is a legal person who intends to purchase hardware products from the Hardware Store.
2、SUBJECT OF CONTRACT
The subject of this contract is the purchase of hardware products from the Hardware Store by the Buyer. The products to be purchased are specified in the product list attached to this contract. The Buyer shall purchase the products specified in the product list in accordance with the terms and conditions of this contract.
3、CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
The Buyer shall purchase the products specified in the product list at the prices listed therein. The Owner shall provide the products to the Buyer in good condition and in accordance with the product specifications listed in the product list. The Buyer shall make payment for the products to the Owner at the time of purchase. The payment method shall be specified by the Owner at the time of conclusion of this contract.
4、WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
The Owner represents and warrants that the products to be purchased by the Buyer are new and of good quality, and that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Owner shall also warrant that the products will be delivered to the Buyer in good condition and in accordance with the product specifications listed in the product list. The Buyer shall have the right to reject any products that do not comply with these warranties.
5、TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
This contract may be terminated by either party at any time prior to performance of the contract by written agreement of both parties. If either party breaches any term or condition of this contract, the other party may terminate this contract by written notice to the breaching party. Upon termination of this contract, all rights and obligations of both parties under this contract shall cease immediately, except as otherwise provided in this contract.
6、DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute arising between the Owner and the Buyer under this contract shall be resolved by negotiation or mediation. If such dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or mediation, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with laws and regulations applicable to arbitration proceedings. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Any court action arising out of this contract shall be brought in a court located in the jurisdiction of the Hardware Store Owner.
7、MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
This contract is made in duplicate, with each party receiving one copy. This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws applicable to contracts made in the jurisdiction of the Hardware Store Owner. All amendments or modifications to this contract must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This contract may not be assigned by either party without the written consent of the other party. Both parties hereby represent that they have read and understand this contract and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
