Job Title: Salesperson

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to our store.
Assist customers in finding the hardware products they need.
Provide detailed information about our products, including their features, benefits, and usage.
Assist customers with their purchase decisions and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
Maintain a clean and tidy sales area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Communicate effectively with our customers to build strong relationships and foster brand loyalty.
Report any inventory issues to our management team to ensure timely replenishment of our products.
Attend to any customer inquiries or complaints promptly and address them effectively.
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of two years of sales experience in a hardware store or related industry.
Knowledge of common hardware tools and products, including their uses and benefits.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with our customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve our sales goals.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale software and other relevant software tools.
Previous experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a hardware store, is preferred but not essential.
Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on our business needs.
