As a professional manufacturer specializing in the production of hardware customized products, we are expanding our team with talented individuals who share our passion for excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction. Job Positions:
1. Mechanical Engineer (2 positions)
2. Quality Control Inspector (2 positions)
3. Production Supervisor (1 position)
4. Assembly Line Worker (6 positions)
5. Office Staff (2 positions)
Responsibilities:
* Mechanical Engineers will be responsible for designing and maintaining mechanical systems within the factory. This includes developing new product concepts, optimizing existing processes, and implementing technical improvements.
* Quality Control Inspectors will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards before they are shipped to customers. They will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve any issues related to product quality.
* Production Supervisors will be responsible for leading and coordinating the production process at the factory. They will ensure that all products are produced on time and meet customer requirements. They will also work closely with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Assembly Line Workers will be responsible for operating various assembly machines and completing tasks assigned by their supervisors. They will work closely with other team members to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently and accurately.
* Office Staff will be responsible for providing administrative support to the factory's operations. This includes managing inventory, maintaining records, and assisting with scheduling and logistics.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred; associate's degree or diploma in a relevant discipline may also be acceptable.
* Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or mechanical engineering role is required for most positions.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for working effectively with colleagues and customers.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment is desirable.
* Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software is preferred but not required.
