Article 5: Contract Termination and Force Majeure
1、This Contract may be terminated by either party in the event of force majeure, such as war, natural disaster, or government action, which prevents either party from performing its obligations under this Contract.
2、In such event, the party seeking to terminate this Contract shall provide the other party with prompt notice and evidence of the force majeure event.
3、If this Contract is terminated by either party due to force majeure, all rights and obligations of the parties under this Contract shall be extinguished, except for any claims for compensation for losses incurred due to such force majeure event.
4、The Seller shall refund to the Buyer any payment made by the Buyer for goods that have not been delivered due to force majeure.
